Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday - Friday will begin processing that day and will generally ship within two working days of placing your order. Orders placed Saturday - Sunday and on US Holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will be contacted by email with a tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center. Most customers in the US will receive items within 3-5 business days, however, remote destinations can take up to 7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.

Juunaday will contact you via email if any part of your order is unavailable. You will not be charged for any item that is not shipped.

We do not currently ship outside the US or to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.
